We at Tiny Footprint Coffee are excited announce the release of Tiny Circuit Coffee Stout on Nitro at 5 PM on October 21st, 2015. Tiny Circuit Coffee Stout is the product of a collaboration with Tin Whiskers Brewing Co., a craft brewery based in St. Paul.
Tiny Circuit Coffee Stout has our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe dark roast bringing full velvety body, juice ripe red fruit, and semi-sweet chocolate flavors. Grown at Negelle Gorbitu, an Ethiopian coffee farming cooperative, the coffee is certified organic, fair-trade, and 100% shade-grown. We cold brew this coffee and add it to Tin Whiskers’ sweet and roasty Short Circuit Stout. We add a dash of lactose, and serve the beer on nitrogen to create a creamy, complex and robust coffee stout (5.8% ABV).

The name of the beer is as collaborative as the creation – a combination of the names Short Circuit Stout and Tiny Footprint Coffee. “Tiny Circuit Coffee Stout is truly a beer and coffee lovers’ energy drink; killing two habits with one drink,” Huber said.
