Coffee Brewing Pro

Building recipes using the golden cup theory, we will explore pour-over brewing techniques and test recipes on devices like the Chemex, Kalita, and other small-batch brewers. We will then qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the results. Moving on to cold brew, we’ll use a collaborative approach to demonstrate how to make it, determine costs, and decide how much to charge—ranging from small personal batches to filling a keg for Nitro on tap.
